Lewistown Community Bible School

Lewistown Community Bible School will be hosting a Torch Bearer Holiday Bible School (Olympic Theme) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday July 11 to 15 at Lewistown Presbyterian Church with a riverside party. swimming pool at the leisure park on Friday July 16. The program is available for ages 4 to those entering sixth grade. There will also be an adult program.

Lewistown Community Bible School

Lewistown Presbyterian Church will host Lewistown Community Bible School from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 11 through Thursday, July 15, with the theme of the Olympic Games Torchbearers: Taking the Gospel Global.

Participating churches also include First United Methodist, Sacred Heart Catholic, Calvary Lewistown, and St. John’s Lutheran. All children aged 4 to 5 are welcome. Church of New Life

New Life Church, Burnham will be hosting a Mysterious Island-themed Vacation Bible School as we hunt down the One True God for ages 4-12. The event will take place July 12 to 16 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Registration is open at www.newlife101.org/newlifekids

Baker United Methodist Church

Baker, McClure United Methodist Church will be hosting a Knights of North Castle-themed vacation Bible school from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. July 12 to 17. Burnham Church

Brothers

Burnham Church of the Brethren, 541 Freedom Ave., will host Vacation Bible School from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 12 to 16, for children in Kindergarten to Grade 5. The program will be presented by the Child Evangelism Fellowship team. The program will include Bible lessons, missionary history, songs, games, fun activities, crafts, and snacks. Mifflintown Family Worship Center

The Mifflintown Family Worship Center, 4042 William Penn Highway, will host Under the Big Tent with lunch and carnival games from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 12.

Bunkertown Brethren Church / Good News Brethren Lutheran Church

Bunkertown Brethren Church / Good News Lutheran Brethren Church will be running a holiday Bible school for children aged 4 to 12. The theme is Rocky Railway-The Power of Jesus Pulls Us Through.

The Holiday Bible School will be held from 5:45 p.m. to 8 p.m. July 19-23 at the church, 52 Bunkertown Road, McAlisterville.

In conjunction with Bunkertown / Good News Church VBS, Good News Lutheran Church (across from East Juniata High School) will be hosting a community Bible study for adults from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday July 19 through Thursday July 22 , followed by a snack.

Strodes Mills Baptist Church

Strodes Mills Baptist Church, 8151 US Hwy 522 S, Lewistown, will be hosting a Wonder World Funfest: Amazed by Our Extraordinary Savior-themed Holiday Bible School from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. July 26-30 for older children from 3 to 6 years. Church Hill United Methodist Church

Church Hill United Methodist Church, 199 Woodland Circle, Reedsville, will be offering a 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Holiday Bible School August 15-19 on the theme “Getaway in the middle of nature”. The theme tells the story of Moses and the Hebrew people as they journeyed to the Promised Land. The program is open from Kindergarten to Grade 7. Everyone is invited.
